Normally, NPC's in many games are averagely built and some of them can be as dumb as hell while the worst ones would be hostile in most cases. But there are some in a few games that are very helpful in how they assist you playing. A good example is in Animal Crossing. Nook was very helpful, friendly and encouraging.

One game I found with outstanding NPCs is Stardew Valley. I like to interact with them. They are charming, and their storylines are what makes it even better. Another one I can recommend to you is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim..

No other game comes to mind than the NPCs from the Portal series. I have friendly experiences with them and I can attest that they are super friendly than the NPCs in other games I have played. So, you all know that I'm talking about GLaDOS

In my opinion, Skyrim has very friendly NPCs, right? I think that more than one person who has played Skyrim what they like most is to interact with all the NPCs there are, another game is any Fallout or Starfield, Bethesda definitely knows how to make the NPCs interact
