game Which Game Make You Sleepy?

I wonder if there is a game that could put me to sleep. Lately, I find that I couldn't sleep and I've tried all sorts of things, but still not working. I have exercised, but the results weren't impressive. I don't want to depend too much on medicines. What games do you think can put one to sleep?

That's a difficult one but I'll advise you to try out Animal Crossing. It has totally triggered me to sleep multiple times. I think the building and fishing are calming and could make one sleep.

Give Abzu a try. I think the underwater exploration game is absolutely stunning to trigger sleep..The peaceful atmosphere will definitely make you snoring in no time.

Why would you choose to play a video game as a therapy for helping you to sleep? Why not watch a movie or listen to music? I find doing either of them more helpful when I need to sleep.

Well, I have never played a game that I did not like or find boring. If I find a game to be boring or do not like the game, I stop playing, I don't push myself to continue playing until I feel sleepy

I do that too. I'd never waste my money and time playing a video game which is very boring. It's why I check game reviews before buying any game.

Clearly the Gollum game takes this position without a doubt, I don't think there is a more boring game of the current era like Gollum, a totally mediocre game no matter how you look at it
