Whether you play on the PC or the Console, each has its uniqueness. I use both the console and the PC. And the one I choose is largely dependent on the kind of experience and the game I wish to play. I use the PC to get the best experience with the RTS games like the Age of Empires. I also use the PC if I want a better customization option. But if I want a more immersive experience, I would go with the console.

What's your go-to platform?

That's a very straightforward question! I’m with the console 100%. I feel more relaxed when I'm on the controller. It makes my gaming experience smoother. Haming on PC is stressful to me because using the mouse and keyboard isn't fun at all.

I prefer console gaming to PC, and this is because consoles give me more immersive gaming experiences compared to PC. I also don’t have a gaming PC, so it’s a little hard to enjoy games well on it.

Our interest are the same! I also prefer using the PC for strategy games because of the endless customization options. To be honest, the precision on PC platforms are unbeatable. But if I feel like playing exclusive titles, console is my go-to.

I would prefer a PC over a console any day.

FPS games just don't feel right with a controller. I almost have a belief that the game gives you an edge with a controller once you're used to it vice using a mouse to know you're right on. A thumb joystick along with a press of another button, with real input, just seems off; I would think that once you pressed the "shoot" button, the joystick would slightly move, and you would always be off, but the software keeps you locked into the last position before the joystick was moved, resulting in a shot.

This is because of my real-life experience with pistols. You just can't pull the trigger in rapid succession and hit the same spot twice. Because of the small movement of everything resetting to zero in, you'll always be off until you check your stance and form before taking the next shot. That's not to say the 2nd shot wouldn't be as devastating as the first, but that's close-up. With games, you're farther away and typically using a rifle, so a trigger jerk, or in this case, a slight joystick movement, would result in being off target your first shot, and any other shot after that.

I think real shooting ruined the controller experience for me. It just doesn't seem realistic when comparing it to a mouse anymore.

I respect your opinion, but I need to point out something real quick. Both console and PC have their unique charm. Some games are good on the mouse/keyboard but are bad on the controller, and vice versa. You can't possibly enjoy Real-, time strategy games on consoles. Do you feel me?

you are the only one speaking my language here. 🤣. My preference depends on what game I want to play.

Even though I have playstation 5, I mostly like to play on my PC. I have a gaming laptop and I like to play games on my laptop. I use vertical mouse and mechanical keyboard for easy gaming.

I want more customization options and that's why my favorite gaming platform is the PC . Aside from that, it offers more affordable options and I can also access a wider game library than what consoles would offer me.

This is something that I had already answered, clearly I prefer to play on PC, if it were 10 years ago I would prefer to play on a console, but nowadays playing on PC is the best experience there can be
