Nowadays artists make money online from YouTube, social media, Spotify, and SoundCloud. Probably other sites too.

When was the last time you bought music by your favorite artists? Do you pay for songs on iTunes?

The last time I paid for music was a few months ago when I purchased Spotify Premium as I had an offer of 3 months for the price of 1.

In terms of buying an album or single, the last time I did that was around a few years ago when I purchased a single that was released for charity.

It's been a long time since I paid for music; I usually use the free versions of Apple Music and Spotify because I don't like spending money on them. However, since I enjoy using Apple Music, I might consider subscribing to the paid version, but it depends on the cost. If it's too expensive, I won't subscribe.

I think that was in 2021 when I bought Adele's 30. I like Adele very much, therefore, I bought the album.

sometimes I buy a song if it is special or if the song is funny. I like to own the CDs of my favorite songs. As a matter of fact, I bought an album last week. That is not to say that I don't listen to music on the streaming platforms. Of course I do.
