When it comes to the social media app which you love to make video calls with, which one is your favourite? You can literally make video calls with all of them like Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, Tiktok, Skype and so many other. For those using iPhone, they an do Facetime.

Which one of them is your best for making video calls?

I don't take regular calls, let alone video calls. 😅

If I have to make a video call, it's typically for business, and we'd use Skype.

No other app than WhatsApp. It's a better social app for video calls. Although they are both made by the same company, Meta also prioritised WhatsApp for video calls.

Yes, that's true! WhatsApp and Facebook are good for social interactions. Skype is the place to discuss more serious matters . 🤣

I try as much as possible to avoid calls because they can be very annoying for me. I can't be on a call more than 2 minutes. It's only my mother whom I've made an exception for when it comes to calls.

WhatsApp has always been my go-to choice for video calls. The calls have always been smooth and of a more-than-acceptable video and audio quality for me.

However, I am starting to edge closer towards Discord as more people ask for it as a communications options. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do for your business.

This is me to a T. I hate phone calls, but I make exceptions for my mother and clients. If I call you, you know something has gone horribly wrong, I have great news, or the world is ending.

I think whatsapp for video calls is better. I am saying this from my personal experience and other people might have entirely different experience with these messaging apps

I have experienced both worlds but I would say that WhatsApp takes the cake. Meta knows what they are doing to introduce WhatsApp because it's a better app for conversation. Not only for video calls but for other things that are connected to having a dialogue. I like WhatsApp for video calls because of its simplicity. You can also make group video calls on it. That takes it one step ahead of Facebook Messenger.

I dont use video calls because if it's someone close I can just see that person face to face instead of over the phone.

I don't use WhatsApp or know enough people that use it. Facebook messenger is the only app I use with video calling.

I sometimes have to video call people that I know, mainly my wife, to ensure I'm grabbing the right thing at the store.

Texting a photo of the shelf and waiting for a reply with the item circled takes too long.

I use Facetime more because it's my favorite app for video calls on iPhone. I choose Facetime because it's very clear. WhatsApp is great too but after experiencing all of them, I decided to stick with Facetime.
