discuss What’s The Title of The Movie That Changed Your Life?

This is a thread to discuss anything related to movies.
Almost all war movies give me deep admiration for the men and women who signed up and willingly went into harm's way so that harm wouldn't come our way.

It really changes how I see people in uniform, as you never know when the next conflict will be, and if they will be in support of that.

I won’t really say that a movie has had that much effect on my life, but quite a few have deeply moved me and change me my perception on my look at life. One of such movie is Hacksaw Ridge. When every soldier is focused on taking lives, one person wants to save them.
You can dare to do things differently and still make history.

"The Pursuit of Happyness" is certainly a great movie and it certainly changes your perception about life, but A cent of a Woman is the movie that has actually changed my world view. The movie shows how less fortunate people are discriminated.

It is really inspiring to watch a film like A Cent of a Woman. I also agreed that it is indeed a very good movie to watch actually. For me, the type of the movie that made me want for more is Hotel Rwanda. Basically, it helped me understand all about genocide and the value of human rights.

For me, its 'I am Sean'.

Its based on a mentally challenged or autistic person fighting the legal system to get custody of his daughter. The movie influenced me so hardly that I am studying hard to become a psychiatrist after I finish my bachelors in Medicine.

We really need to promote neurodiversity everywhere and this is one film that has made huge impact in conceiving my idea of an inclusive world.
