I have been stretching and even have indulged in practicing some Yoga. But I want to hear from you guys out.
What are the best and the most efficient techniques as far as flexibility and mobility of the body is concerned? Can you recommend any specific stretches or exercises you do secretly that have made a huge impact to you?
