For the last few weeks I’ve been attempting to work on increasing my flexibility and mobility and I’m not entirely certain as to what has had the best.

I have been stretching and even have indulged in practicing some Yoga. But I want to hear from you guys out.

What are the best and the most efficient techniques as far as flexibility and mobility of the body is concerned? Can you recommend any specific stretches or exercises you do secretly that have made a huge impact to you?
 
For me, consistency is the most important thing when it comes to flexibility and mobility training. I do my best to stretch daily, whether I spend only 5 minutes on it. I incorporate the active stretching such as leg swings, arm circles together with the hip stretches. These routine helps a lot.
