Trust, honesty, loyalty, good communication, faithfulness and so many other things are what makes relationship work. Tolerance is important too because it's what will make it difficult to leave your partner when they don't do things right. You can tolerate their excesses.
Well, mutual respect and trust are everything for me. That's when the magic happens especially when both partners value their goals, dreams, and peculiarities.
