Microsoft 365 charged me for Office 365 and will not give me access to the account or refund me.

I've went as far as to report it to the BBB. My states attorney will be the next step. It's made me pretty furious.

The last thing that made me angry was when I was trying to get something working on a project I am working on, and instead, it decided to mess things up, and now I have to backtrack and go through it again. Nothing worse than spending a chunk of time doing something, and you have to go back and do it all again because of one silly mistake.

What made me angry last was a personal issue. It was a misunderstanding between my wife and I. I don't want to discuss it here. It was later I understood the whole situation. I was just being too dramatic.
