Do you have any specific time which is when you normally go to bed and sleep at night? It doesn't matter what you're doing, you have a schedule to close up and turn in to sleep at that time.

I don't usually have a specific time to sleep but I try to round up whatever I'm doing around 8-pm and go to bed.

By what time to do you go to sleep?

I do not have exact time, it all depends on my work schedule., If I have nothing to do, I go to sleep by 10 but when I am loaded with a lot of tasks, I go to bed at 1.

Most nights I find that I tend to sleep between midnight and 1 am unless I am struggling to sleep in which case I tend to sleep later but I am usually in bed even if I can't sleep.

I attempt to go to bed at the same time each night. I wind down around 10 pm and sleep by 10:30 pm. This routine I find useful as it contributes to my good night sleep and also feel fresh whenever I wake up in the morning

Depends if I have work or not the next day, and whether or not I need to be in the office. If I need to be in the office, I'm asleep or at least in bed by midnight. If I don't need to be in the office but I'm still working, I'm likely to call it a night at about 2am, and if I'm not working, I'll likely sleep at about 3 or 4am and wake up at 11ish. I'm lazy!

Are there any nights where you stay up later?
