According to what I was told, cracking your knuckles would lead to arthritis. The information about knuckle-cracking leading to arthritis stayed in my mind for many years until my research revealed this belief to be a complete myth.
The misconception that humans use just a small 10% of their brain capacity has become one of the most commonly repeated untruths. Multiple neuroscientists have proved it to be false.
Dont jump at me, but the biggest myth that I have ever heard - you dont need to study any further than your matriculation. Once you clear your matriculation with high marks, your study life can stop there.
