You have to get it out of your head that you need to feel guilty.


I've learned to say no over the last few years and it has really helped me.


I used to say yes for everything relating to my little local influencer brand thing I got. I said yes to joining every board, yes to donating a free guided hike to ever fundraiser, yes to speaking for free...


I said yes so much that I became overwhelmed and neglected my own stuff.


Now, I say NO about 8 times out of 10. If I'm being paid, as long as it meets the amount I want (which isn't too much), then I'll say yes.


Until you get over that guilt thing, it will only drag you down.
