The diet food recipes may be a challenge for many out there and probably the hindering point in being able to follow a proper diet. A combination of healthy, variable and palatable food is crucial in order to sustain a long term diet plan. I keep it simple, I focus on what food items I should avoid, that way it becomes easier to eat any other food item and their combinations as part of the diet plan. I include veggies and grains/cereals/lentils and generally avoid rice, sugar, excessive salt and oil. How do you go about your diet recipes?
