I don't want my exercises to feel like a chore. I want it to be interesting and more fun. I just want to stay active and do my exercises with ease. Personally, I like riding my bike and playing soccer. It's my way of keeping fit..

What are your favorite ways to stay active and healthy?

To be honest, this. You need to find something that you like to do or it will feel like a chore. As for me, I love working out because I can see the change in the mirror, which is my motivation to continue.

However, try to implement fun games between biking and soccer to get extra fit. Challenge yourself that every 500 meters you ride, you do 10 body squats before you can continue, then try to get that number up by making it a challenge to do more than the previous. The same would go for soccer. If you get a goal, get down and do 5 pushups or do 10 leg raises in celebration of the goal.

Get creative with what you like to do and it feels like less of a chore and more like a reward.
 
My tips are to start slow, and exercise with a friend. Also, don't be afraid to try new things. Then, you have to treat workouts like any other plan. If no one motivates me, I try to reward myself when I reach goals with some nice treats. 🤣. My favorite exercise is running with my dog

Doing the same exercise every day can be really boring. We can swim, hike or do other related exercises. It's something that should be enjoyable, not with compulsion or feel like a chore.
