Movie information in first post provided by The Movie Database
After watching Venom: The Last Dance (2024), I decided to watch "Venom 1", or the beginning, rather. While searching the Venom series, I surprisingly realized that The Last Dance wasn't #2, or even #3, but movie #5 in the Venom series.

I didn't anticipate having to catch up on four movies. However, much like The Last Dance, Venom (2018) can also be enjoyed as a standalone movie, so it doesn't make me want to rush to see the other three in the series yet.

The only thing that I didn't understand about Venom was the ending and how Venom still stayed with Eddie Brock. Everything else about Venom was just as enjoyable as watching Venom: The Last Dance was.

One thing that stuck out to me was one of my top (not favorite) songs by Eminem, Venom, which would be considered to be on the soundtrack to the original Venom as it played during the ending credits.

I would have to say if you have an entire day to kill and haven't seen the Venom series, you could kill it by knocking all 5 movies out at once and be pleasantly entertained if the other 3 are just as fast-paced and action-packed.

To be a hero is no child’s play and that is exactly what I grab in Venom. It's a very exciting movie you would want to see if you haven't at all. It's interesting how Eddie gets connected to an alien where he obtains some kind of superpower. To be honest with you, Tom Hardy did a great job playing Eddie in this movie.

This means you started watching from the recent series. 🤣. Seriously speaking, Venom franchise expanded so quickly unlike othwr series I've watched.

I think the Venom needs host to survive and that's what Eddie provided. Eddie also gained remarkable strength from the venom. That was how he was able to defeat those who wronged him.

I love this movie because it sticks to the original story. I observed that some characters are left out but I like the relationship between Eddie and Venom. It was awesome. It seems the sequel fixed some of the errors but there is still more to be done. The director did a great job on this.
