In this video, you can see Trump telling that he would sack anyone that is disagreeing with Elon Musk. He made this spectacle to give a clear message that he will not tolerate dissent against the DOGE and DOPE will be like a super cabinet in American Politics.

So, what do you think about this? Was this statement something that would come from a responsible statesman?

It's his Cabinet to choose what to do with.

The overwhelming majority of Americans want DOGE, as it was a main platform topic. If his own Cabinet is against DOGE, they're really actually opposing democracy, and must go.

We voted for DOGE. We didn't vote for Cabinet members, only supported Trump's decision to pick who he thought was best for the role. And if they're now opposing the core of the American vote, we're all for Trump to select someone else.

You also have to take into consideration a catastrophe and the Presidential line of succession.

The president of the United States may be replaced if he or she:
  • Becomes incapacitated
  • Dies
  • Resigns
  • Is unable to hold office
  • Is removed from office
The U.S. Constitution and the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 outline the presidential order of succession. The line of succession of cabinet officers is in the order of their agencies’ creation.
  1. Vice President
  2. Speaker of the House
  3. President Pro Tempore of the Senate
  4. Secretary of State
  5. Secretary of the Treasury
  6. Secretary of Defense
  7. Attorney General
  8. Secretary of the Interior
  9. Secretary of Agriculture
  10. Secretary of Commerce
  11. Secretary of Labor
  12. Secretary of Health and Human Services
  13. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development
  14. Secretary of Transportation
  15. Secretary of Energy
  16. Secretary of Education
  17. Secretary of Veterans Affairs
  18. Secretary of Homeland Security

Any Cabinet member could be the next President, if, for instance, a State of the Union — or other event where all Members gathered — was attacked. There is 1 Cabinet member that does not attend, being the "Designated Survivor", and thus becoming the next President to put the pieces back together in such a scenario.

As Cabinet members aren't democratically elected, and Trump was heavily favored because of DOGE, it only makes sense to get rid of the ones opposing it. Although nil, it's still possible that an unelected Cabinet member can become President. And if that Cabinet member doesn't align with what the People voted for? They need to go. It's as simple as that (I don't need to watch the video to agree with it because this is Civics/Political Science 101).

As Cabinet members aren't democratically elected
In our country, only democratically elected individual can become a cabinet member. well, prime minister can appoint "not-elected" individual but he has to run and win election within 6 months. Since some people have become minister 6- times , there has been talks about adopting the system just like in the US. Do you think cabinet should democratically elected members or handpicked by the president and approved by parliament.

In the instance of Cabinet members in the U.S., they are handpicked by the President and confirmed by the Senate.

If they were to be individually elected, the Executive Branch would be at a standstill because each Member could have differing opinions on how their Agencies should function over what the President envisions and promises to the People. As Cabinet members and the respective Agencies they run fall under the Executive Branch, with the President presiding over it, it only makes sense that they should all align with his vision, as he is the ultimate boss.

So, I believe they should be handpicked by the President and confirmed by the Senate so that they carry out the platform as promised by the President.

We have to live with the fact that Donald Trump is different. He doesn't mince words-he says it as it is. America had never had his type as president. We must not forget he had never been a politician hence the 'lack of diplomacy'. But I do not doubt his sincerity and faithfulness to the American cause. He doesn't want any appointee to jeopardise his efforts at delivering his promises to the American people. Americans knew who he is before electing him.
Every president should learn from him. The main thrust of a national policy is the interest of the citizens no matter whose ox is gored. Posterity will not judge the leader based on how many foreign battles won but on the foundation laid for shared prosperity in the country.

We have, which warned us of the very times we're living in with these endless wars.

It was just more eloquently put.
Every president should learn from him.
I agree - we need to end political correctness and say what's really on our mind so we can get actual action taken instead of this bland political speech that tries to appease everyone. It's not possible to appease everyone, but we have to fight for what we believe is right by using more powerful language in order to drive the necessary change.
Posterity will not judge the leader based on how many foreign battles won but on the foundation laid for shared prosperity in the country.
Somewhat true.

George Washington is remembered by both.
