In a statement that was released later, Beyoncé’s husband also continued to deny that the incident even occurred.
An Alabama lady, who accuses Diddy and Jay-Z of raping her when she was 13, acknowledged some inconsistencies of her story during the recent interview with NBC News. To NBC News, she accepted that she had made some mistakes.
The woman in question has been named as Jane Doe, and she supported the general propositions of the accusations even if some details are in contradiction. She did not report though that after the alleged attack her father came to pick her up.
In a statement by Jay-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro, he said, “It is mind blowing that a lawyer would file such a serious complaint and without proper verification and then go on to fuel the story further in the media.” We will continue the question of any additional sanctions against Mr. Buzbee and every one of the attorneys who brought the complaint, and we are praying that the Court will dismiss this frivolous lawsuit
