Bugs and glitches will never be eliminated from video games permanently. I don't mind them in any video game I play as long as they are not ground game breaking bugs. There are games which such bugs ruined at launch while some are in the game's playthrough.

Which video games would you tag as being the worst with bugs/glitches?

Bugs can affect the gameplay. Many games such as Fallout 76 and No Man’s Sky had many fissues when they were first released. The companies fixed them later but it caused the players a lot.

Games like Assassin's Creed was really bad when it first came out. So, the devs had to correct a lot of things before we could have a smooth play.

I know about Fallout 76 and how buggy it was. Sometimes, I don't understand how game's developers would get it so wrong with some game's they launch in such state.

Battlefield 2042 was also bugged and trashy when it was developed by Dice and published by EA. The developers had to come out and apologise to the fans after how bad the game game out.

Are there games re;leased today without bugs? Developers want to deliver a half-finished game or whatever reason and then have the player download patches or pay for the rest of it six months down the line.

Funny thing, I never had a bad experience playing Assassin's Creed.

Sometimes these games are rushed in order to meet deadlines. Rather than postpone the release date, some developers just launch without considering the consequences. Cyberpunk 2077 is an example. The storyline was great but the game crashes with long load screen time, thereby making progress difficult.

I believe I would go with the Fallout 76 as my least favorite game. I see that quite a lot of people could not even play the game with peace of mind as it was filled with a lot of game bugs and glitches.

Pokemon Red and Blue come to mind. Yeah you have to go out of your way to get the glitches to appear but they're pretty bad. Some can delete your save data.
I heard about those glitches with Pokemon Red and Blue. It was why I never cared about playing the game. I saved myself from a lot of worries and agony.
