Overall, a good rock album that I put on back in the day.

I still have (#16) Butterfly in my playlist.

It's such a horrible thing that fame can do to some people. Shifty could've had a long career with Crazy Town, but I think he had too many problems to continue music.

Crazy to think that the music video, or Shifty, inspired me to chase a physic. I fell just short of that, but it got me into weightlifting and training that helped me out later in life.

He recently passed away, so young.
