Movie information in first post provided by The Movie Database
This movie digs deep into drama with a solid mix of thriller. It's not quite a "horror" film, but it carries a heavy intensity where characters start to unravel, breaking down and turning on each other both mentally and physically. If you're a seasoned movie fan, you might see some of the twists coming. Still, it keeps you hooked all the way through.

It has those moments you'd expect from a good horror flick. The kind that shocks you, makes you squirm, and sticks with you long after. It’s definitely not for the fainthearted or those who steer clear of dark themes. This film explores how far people will go when pushed to their breaking point, sinking deeper into their own mess. If that sounds like your kind of movie, I'd say give it a shot.

When I first saw The Divide announcement trailer, it sounded very interesting to me. So, I decided to hop on it. At first, when I saw that it was directed by Xavier Gens, I never wanted to watch because I still haven't forgiven him for what he did on Hitman.😂
But he was able to right his wrongs in this movie. It was absolutely brilliant.

The Divide was great, extremely brutal and it exceeded my expectations. It's a story of a nuclear war, which made nine strangers to get trapped in the basement of their apartment building. In a few days, they were short of supplies and the survivors were swinging into madness and finding themselves exhibiting violence. This film was brutally realistic and only certain scenes looked scripted. It was a great film. I recommend it.

This film is great and the realism gets me hooked. I even heard in a documentary that they intentionally make the actors mad at each other in reality so that they can transfer same anger to each other on the screen. That's a unique concept? Trust me, it really works. Lauren German was a great leading lady in film. She stood out to me. This film watchable because I enjoyed it too.
