Superhero movies have changed a lot from silly spandex suits and exaggerated special effects to plots that tell very dramatic stories and awe-inspiring visuals. Christopher Reeve's Superman is nowhere close to how Marvel constructs its worlds or the brooding tones DC often sets.. These films now explore deeper themes like morality, identity, and societal issues. which is your all-time favorite superhero film? Let’s dive into the evolution of this genre and share recommendations for hidden gems or underrated classics!

As much as I also agree that there is a difference in superhero movies. My favorite is Logan. It is a heavy drama which speaks about heroes and heroism and anything that is connected with them. I think it differs from previous superhero films in quite a lot of ways. I tells us how the genre has evolved over the years and even as we speak.

Go easy on the semantics jeez.
If you ask me, I'd pick the classic superhero movies over the modern ones.

Logan is a standout. It revolutionised the superhero genre with its setting and its touching emotion. It brings out the fact that comic book movies can moved from being action movies to movies with great thoughts. The story behind Wolverine was more human and it really had an appeal.

The recent superhero movies took the world by storm, I wonder if they can keep it up. As it is right now it seems the quality of some of the superhero movies has decreased.
