The Dead Don't Die is a bizarre mash-up of comedy and zombie apocalypse as well as an unnecessary extraterrestrial subplot. The bizarreness of the movie only continues as it often breaks the 4th wall.

It's also packed with A-listers that play the roles well, as they bring the characters they played in other movies into The Dead Don't Die.

That said, it's a slow comedy, so it might not suit you. I couldn't quite put my finger on the style of comedy used throughout the movie until midway through. It reminded me of Napoleon Dynamite.

It was a fun way to pass the time with nothing else to watch, and it was actually enjoyable to the end.
