Plot: During the '80s, a young man named Frankie dreams of escaping London's South East region, and his mother's thug of a boyfriend gives him just the opportunity. This is a fantastic film!

A funny, but ultimately serious and at times slightly upsetting drama, a young Danny Dyer puts in a great performance in my opinion. Tamer Hassan is also a great actor, and does the role justice here. I haven't seen much of him lately, not sure if he's involved in any projects at the moment but I think he's a very underrated actor.

If anyone hasn't seen this, I highly recommend it, it's well worth the watch. If you did see it, what did you think? Was some of the violence a little too much for you, or did you find it OK?
