Staying active is very important, and for staying active you will have to exercise at home, or work out at the gym, or even go for a walk or jogging. When you are extremely buys, staying active usually takes a back seat. How do you find time for staying active when you are extremely busy man/woman?

There's always time to stay active. I would have to inspect someone's finer life details to ensure that they are telling the truth.

In office work, you should easily be able to get in 6000+ steps. If not, you could easily be reading a memo and do body squats from your chair. Then, maybe hand grippers to strengthen your forearm. And, keep a dumbbell with you for curls.

Maybe instead of sitting on the bus ride to work, elect to stand so that you engage your whole body and core the way to work. It's not much, but at least it does something.

To finish it off, monitor your calories. Because with Calories In, Calories Out, you will always lose weight if you're consuming less than you're using.

To me, staying active is through my daily gym which is 1 to 1.5 hours and I cant spend a day without it - except on Sundays when my entire body systems are switched off for rest!

Here is what I do when I am too busy - take the stairs, at least 5 times a day!

Another motto of mine - contradictory - but I will still put it here - 'having no time for activity/gym is a lie! You simply cant prioritize it' is what I think.

It can be hard to make out time to stay active when there are bills to be paid. Gym wouldn't pay for those bills, that's why sometimes I'm absent from the gym for a long time. It can be helped, man gotta survive first.

Taking care of your responsibilities should always come first because there is nothing else you are going to do that will put money on your table that is not working. Every other thing Is something that is added to make your life better.

Exactly, what is the use of a chiseled body if you can't take care of yourself financially speaking? Work should come first no matter what.

I always open my forums. I regularly visit them before I start work and just keep coming back every hour, but there are some cases where I can't be active for a day or two due to being on the road.

Get a watch that will track and alert you on your steps, fitness, and standing. Set realistic goals and then do the activity when your watch tells you to do it. Try to do it.

Just getting in steps each day is better than nothing.

When I know that I am deficit of time to exercise, I just resort to doing push ups early in the morning as soon as I wake up. I would have to wake up early and do about 20 to 30 push ups before I bath to leave the house.
