When it first came out in 2023, I waited two hours in line to get a ticket to watch The Sound of Freedom in a theater with a capacity of around 500. At that time, it was the first showing and it was difficult to find a seat as there wasn't assigned seating.

The movie was moving in so many ways, from how he wanted to help catch pedophiles to actually rescuing children to having a supportive wife that let him chase his passion.

It just came out in Japan, and I decided to watch it in theaters again. This time, it wasn't so packed with probably 50 people out of the seating for around 120. Though, that's still quite impressive for a nightly weekday showing.

The movie and message was just as powerful today as it was when it first came out.

The only complaint — which I really shouldn't be entitled to — was that the subtitles for Spanish weren't in both English and Spanish, as they are in some movies, and only in Japanese.

That didn't really bother me though because I understood more than half of it from what I could recall the last time I watched it, and, live Google Translate helped with the other half.

A great movie if you haven't seen it yet.

Sound of Freedom is a movie about a hero whose name is Tim Ballard. He fights for the children but eventually falls into the wrong hands. In a nutshell, he wants to always keep the kids safe and wants to help in making the world a better place. It's a hilarious movie to catch up with.
