Laws always have definitions so that it's not possible. This bill references 43.21(a)(1)(B) for further clarification.

It's pretty clear-cut what they're censoring and who gets to decide that. I don't see any slippery slope on banning much more than what be construed as children being drawn in sexual acts, which should definitely be banned.

It appears as if they're trying to protect children from being the explicit content, but it does have that secondary effect, too.
