The idea behind me attending a mediation course was to explore ways to cut my cravings. But to my horror, I found out that post meditation, I actually felt more hungry and craved for more junk food.
I want to know what is your experience regarding this. Have you tried meditation to cut cravings? Has it worked well for you?
