Do you know any exercises that can be done to reduce man boobs?

I have many clients in our gym that are specifically concentrating on their pectoral muscles in order to get rid of the man boobs. However, most of the options that I give donot work out really well because its difficult to tell people that focussed fat loss surrounding any one specific part of the human body is not possible and is largely a myth.

Thought I will try my luck here.
 
I think it's easy to reduce fats all over the body than just concentrating on specific parts. Yet to tackle man boobs effectively one will need to use an all-round strategy. I advice that you take a routine of exercises for the chest muscles which are push-ups, dumbbell and maintain a strict diet by reducing the calorie intake.
 
In many cases, any food the person eats, the fat gets deposited in the pectoral region.

It also has to do with the food that we eat. People who have more junk food at young ages tend to have this problem. I presume it might be from hormonal contents of the food which converts a male from a masculine fat distribution scheme to feminine fat distribution scheme. However, my premise might require further investigation.
