Jealousy is one of the worst emotions, if not the worst. Jealously triggers a lot or negative emotions, including hatred. But I also believe a little bit of jealously can also help you as you might be encouraged to do better.

Jealousy itself is an expression of many wrong things such as low esteem, insecurity, and fear. Jealousy is the worst emotion because it could make one to commit murder. Any time jealousy is about creeping into your mind because of the achievements of others, channel your energy towards working harder to achieve your own goals and celebrating those that succeed. Yes it is! Jealousy is a toxic emotion and it usually stems from issues like insecurity, trust or it could be as a result of the past trauma the person in question has gone through . The most important thing to keep in mind is; most people are hostile towards us because of their past experiences. In most cases, we don't have to hold it against them.
