Over the years, I tried various fad diets and a variety of exercises and their combinations to lose weight. I am just at the higher end of my BMI and I try to stay close to the lower end as I am a foodie. Some of the combinations gave extremely good results in a short period of time, like once I lost 11kgs in a week (Yes, Its dangerously unhealthy) but it was the need of the hour. Gradually, none of them were sustainable. Then, I tried Intermittent fasting and it worked like magic. Sustainable and convenient. Have you tried it? What is your opinion?

I am a Muslim by faith and I always fast in the month of Ramadan. Ramadan is a really Blessed month and I love Ramadan. Unfortunately, many people eat oily foods during Iftar dinner. This could be bad. People should restrict their diet and eat healthy during the Holy month of Ramadan.
