IceSpice have been going viral for her new body transformation. I know it's her personal decision to undergo this body transformation but seriously, I don't think it looks good on her. She looked absolutely perfect the way she was before and I don't think she was sick or anything that needed her to lose weight in order to get better.

What do you think about this her body transformation?

I don't know why she did it, for health reasons or to look better, but doing a few Google searches, I've found some information about her estimated heights and other measurements.

Her height is 5'3" and she weighs 128 now. Given that she lost 15-20 pounds, that would put her BMI at 25.3-26.2, which is overweight and could be coming up as borderline obese sooner than later.

She looks good in both photos, but which one does she feel healthier and more proud in is the right question to be asking.

Mehn, she looked way better in her first appearance. Seriously, if it's nothing about her health that made her do this to herself, I'm totally disappointed. If she did it to please the man in her life, I would consider that a terrible mistake.

If she is loosing weight naturally, I don't see anything wrong with it. But if she is taking pills to achieve this, then that's going to be a big problem.

Being enhanced for a long period (2015-2020), there are ways to mitigate risks for both anabolic growth and weight loss.

My blood tests were always normal because I followed a strict diet and supplemented to protect parts of my body, such as my heart, liver, and kidneys. I've had echos of different organs and they were normal as well. The only way to determine real damage, if any, will be after I die and an autopsy is done, but even then, there might not be a strong link made.

I still dabble in anabolic growth, which pushes my cholesterol, but it comes back down quite quickly.

I can't speak for Ozempic, though. I will stick to tried and true methods of certain medications made for asthma, and anti-histamines if I want to prolong the weightloss cycle.
