discuss How well do you get along with your coworkers?

We're around our coworkers more than we are at home. It's probably something that many people don't realize until you hear someone else mention it. Since you're around your coworkers for around 8 hours or even more a day, do you try to get along with everyone? Are there any coworkers you can't stand so you go out of your way to avoid them? I try to get along with everyone, but I know that not everyone is going to like me. Generally speaking I get along with my coworkers for the most part. I have heard a few arguments between other coworkers, so I just ignored them and kept working despite the fact they were arguing next to my work station.

I get along with all of my co-workers very well. Although admittedly some more than others. My immediate line manager I'm not as close to, but the "department" manager as such is a good personal friend of mine. Same with some of my colleagues... some I share a train ride home with and speak to frequently, but the others I don't get to speak to an awful lot as we're in a busy office environment and don't get more than a few minutes a day for a team chat.

At my current workplace, I get along with my coworkers quite well. When I worked at Big-Box stores like Walmart and Kroger, there were people I didn't get along with or vice-versa. The more people in your workplace, the more likely you'll run into situations where you don't get along with others.

Being respectful at work matters a lot because positive environment impact our lives significantly. It is quite a achievement to be able to work in harmony with your co workers as it will bring effectiveness.

It is good to have a harmonious relationship with your fellow employees. So, I always preach about being polite with anyone, as much as possible. People should know that getting along well with the team makes the workplace a much better environment.

Personally, I don't like being in a workplace where I wouldn't feel free. It's why I do my possible best to get along with all of my coworkers especially those whom I work closely with. If you're not in good terms with your coworkers, it usually makes the working environment to be toxic.

I have to work with them every day for as long as I intend working in the same company right? I have to be in a good working relationship with then because it's the only way we can work together as a team.

I am a solid team player. Belonging to any team either as a leader or a follower, I am easily loved by the other members of the team. That's because I am friendly and open minded. I don't keep malice being part of a work team. That's why I get along well with other team members.
