Procrastination is a theft of time, and I discovered that 8 out of 10 people are guilty of procrastination when censored. I remembered when I was battling with procrastination; it affected so many things in my life, but the most painful part is that I wasn't productive, and it really affected my success rate.

How was I able to tackle procrastination? The first thing I did was to identify the reasons why I procrastinate. Then, I set achievable goals for myself. In the morning, I would list out all my targets for the day to easily track the progress.

10/10 persons are into procrastination. I don't think there's any human being who doesn't procrastinate once or twice in a day.

Setting up a schedule for what I wanted to achieve every day is how I was able to getting with procrastinating.
 
The only way you can overcome procrastination is doing things right away. if this is not happening, make a list where you keep important task on the top and less important task on bottom and start working on it.

I've learnt to always say to myself that what I left without doing keeps waiting for me and no one is going to do it for me. I repeat it in my mind 24/7.
 
I overcome procrastination by just doing what I have to do. Even when I do not feel like it, starting gives me the momentum to get going and to stop procrastination.

This is just about right. If you make a habit of always putting off things which you're supposed to be doing at any moment for a later time, you will struggle very well with stopping procrastination.
