Are you someone who thrives in sunny summer days, or do you feel more energized by the crisp air of fall? Maybe rainy days make you feel cozy, or winter leaves you craving hibernation.

How much do the seasons/weather affect your mood?

A rainy day definitely feels like it puts a dampner on my mood, especially if I have plans for the day and have to adjust them to account for bad weather. Having said that, I do enjoy the kind of rain that's like a very light shower on an otherwise warm day. That seems to really relax me and I find myself enjoying taking a longer walk home after work and stuff on days like that, although they seem rarer and rarer lately.

It certainly get to my nerves when it continuously rains for days or the winter gets harsher but seasons or weather do not alter my mood. I don't feel cheerful just because the weather is warm or sky is clear.

It definitely winds me up as I said before when rains interrupts my plans. I also can get frustrated when I'm at work and I look outside to see that it's not raining, yet somehow when my 30 minute lunch break comes around it seems to start raining just as I start to walk outside to go into town to get some lunch... always enough to make me mutter swear words under my breath!

Even though I live in an area of the world where it's always sunny, mostly good to go outdoors all the time, and has access to beaches, etc., I've always felt "down" during the fall/winter season.

We're now entering those months, for me at least, where I will feel drained, even though nothing has really changed except for the months.

I didn't always have a good outlet to focus energy to get through the difficult times but have since found ways of coping with it to get through to the better months of the year.
