I understand everyone can get bored with exercise routines hence it will become so challenging and difficult in continuing to fuel our motivation. To me it is more of creating small targets and celebrating whenever I attain them. Whether it’s to attempt a new distance running, having a goal set keeps me in check and active. I also like exercising with friends too. Share yours!

This is part of how I stay motivated. By logging what I do and my progress, I can look back on it to see that it does work, and where I'll return to if I stop, only to see how long it might take to get back to where I am.

Overall health and well-being, having that euphoric rush, is also a motivating factor.
 
It's always good when it comes to tracking my progress. It helps me know that there is still more that I can do because I have seen how much I have achieved. I also try to put some variation in the routine, otherwise it becomes very tiresome. If I am a little bored of running I will switch to swimming or cycling. If one does the same thing every day then he or she feels bored, and at the end of the day you discover that you did nothing different.
 
One thing that keeps me motivated everytime to workout is the fact that I feel confident and most of my old cloths have started sizing me again.
 
To me, it is all a question of having a perfect exercise that I will happily do. If I like the activity, then am always eager to do it. I really like jogging at the moment Its simple and really enjoyable.

What is most important for you is that you find an exercise that you can really enjoy and this keeps you motivated. Jogging is an excellent choice because it is practically accessible, can be done anytime. The most important thing for exercising is to love it.
