Sometimes I pick up a mental health book and start reading. It works wonders!
I can agree with this.

The more you learn about illnesses, mental health, and psychology, the more things start to make sense, and you change the way you look at things.

I used to get depressed until I started learning and thinking in a psychological manner. Now I understand things and emotions differently than those who don't, and I have no reason to be depressed.
