How do you keep fit outside gyming?
At the minimum, ensuring I get at least 6000 steps in for the day.

I might do some curls and transition into shoulder presses with a dumbbell before taking a shower too, but that's about what I'm limited to as far as exercising at home.

I exercise within the comforts of my home. I exercise with push-ups, squats, and lunges. I also do running or walking around my neighbourhood. It doesn’t take a gym to be fit it just takes doing whatever is effective and doing it repeatedly.

If you want to stay fit , drink a bottle of water before 30 minutes of breakfast. Walk fast 15 minutes daily that's it
 
Yeah, diet is often said to be responsible for 80 percent of weight loss which leads to the person being fitter generally. I'd imagine exercise would be needed to develop strength, flexibility and endurance.
