It's not compulsory to go to the gym before you stay fit. Thousands of exercises could be done at home or in your surroundings and you’ll be good. You can walk around your house and do a little jogging along your street as well. All you need is consistency. That's all!

At the minimum, ensuring I get at least 6000 steps in for the day.

I might do some curls and transition into shoulder presses with a dumbbell before taking a shower too, but that's about what I'm limited to as far as exercising at home.
 
If all you want is to be physically active, then do some pushups everyday and walk thousands of steps. But if you want to look good physically and improve your wellbeing, you would need to hit the gym.

No gym? No problem! You can do push-ups, squats and lunges at home. If possible, you can run, cycle or swim. Those are great and proven exercises that will keep you fit. Don't forget to also do some dance too. It works as well..
 
I don't like going to the gym, because I get anxiety working out with random people.

I do regular push ups at home. Buying a heavy bag would be a good investment too.
 
I play sports with my friends. Soccer and basketball are my favorite. Sometimes, I jump rope or skateboard. I can also go walking with my family or pets. There are lost of free YouTube videos to leverage on for your workouts.

Yes, you are right. Eating right can help make use fit without visiting the gym. I always focus on whole foods and a lot of veggies. I also prioritise quality over quantity.
