Movie information in first post provided by The Movie Database
The plot of the movie is of kidnapping of the child of a very wealthy man. This is a good time that the police sit down and determine who is behind the act and how to recover the missing kid. The movie is able to demonstrate to the audience what goes on with people especially the wealthy. We get to see what the kid undergoes, the police efforts, and even the kidnapper’s point of view too.

The movie plays out well and you can't really predict the outcome. The director, Kurosawa, was always a master of making films that can really be described as simply comprehensive.

Therefore, if you are a fan of detective’s movies, solving mysteries, then you will barely bound to be disappointed by High and Low. It is a nice movie which is still really awesome as it can be seen now.
