I'm not too far from New Zealand (Japan) and it's on my bucket list to travel to. I've actually thought about purchasing land there and building a small container home (40'), way out in the middle of nowhere, but with a nice view of the ocean. The land cost isn't that bad, but to save money, and as it wouldn't be used often, a choice of a container home instead of a new build. I also need to look into taxes, etc., to confirm whether it's a possibility, as well as residency owning requirements.

Brother, I used to watch all his exploits and how much he loved the nation of Nepal and it's beautiful people.
I would love to visit Japan some day because I have a small portion of dna associated with that nation.
