From my experience, there are ladies who doesn't understand simple good gestures. When your being good to them, they will start assuming you love them and that you're now in a relationship with them.

I've had this case with two different ladies that I had to stop being too good and friendly with them now because I wouldn't like to be dragged into a relationship I never asked for.

Nmm, yes, this has happened on many occasions because I am such a good, caring friend it sometimes gives others the wrong impression... I had to stop it very quickly, which meant stopping the friendship from their end as they weren't happy with my actions

I can totally relate to that! A person misunderstood my friendly behavior with him as being romantic because he wanted something more than friendship. Getting through such situations create some kind of extreme discomfort because you want to avoid causing emotional distress to the other person.

I have seen a few individuals misunderstand friendly greetings as opposed to romantic signals. There was a girl that mistook my kind gesture toward her for romance even though we were not romantically involved.

Well, this has never happened to me. I have never let anyone misinterpret my good behavior, and I have also never mistaken "friendship" with love interest.

You did the right thing introducing your boyfriend to him. Although, I would advice you to stop sleeping in a guy's house you don't have any romantic relationship with. Things might go wrong, you will have yourself to blame.
