I am on a mission to see what are the available scientific literature regarding the genesis of sexual orientation. While as of now, there is no concrete evidence to say that orientation is a product of hereditary transmission, we know that it is polygenic, meaning that there are too many factors that can confluence together to determine the sexual orientation of a person.

However, what we know is that children brought up by gay parents are equal or even better than those bought up by their heterosexual parents.
