Usually, I am not afraid of flight turbulence much because most of them are manageable and after so many years of the industry running with experiments, things have finally settled down with airlines being tightly regulated.
However, I would like to know more about a flight turbulence episode that scared you.
For me, when I was travelling from UAE to India, my flight fell into what is known as a 'turbulence pit'. Untill then, the flight was very smooth, but suddenly, it fell into a depth in the sky and my head hit the ceiling. That was really really scary for me.
