A first-aid kit is a must in every household. Lots of people do not see its importance or necessity. However, with increasing cases of sudden attacks of various illnesses like Asthma, Allergic reaction, fever etc, basic knowledge of emergency medicines and their appropriate uses at least of those which are relevant to you and your family members is important. fitness First Aid kit: A household must.

I always have a first-aid kit in my house and I always make sure that it stays topped up with everything that would be needed if anything happened that would need urgent medical attention before we go for the help that was needed.
I couldn't live without knowing I had a first-aid kit that had everything I needed, been caught off guard before and that was stressful!

This is absolutely true, but I dont have one in my house...why? I'll tell you:
1. There is a big hospital and pharmacy just one minute away from my house.
2. In my family, its just my mother, father and me so that we dont experience much physically traumatic epidoes in life.
3. Every time I buy one, I have to throw them out the next year because no one uses it and also the products go past their expiry.

I have kids in my house, apart form first aid kit, I also have over the counter medicines for fever, diarrhea, cough, allergies, etc.

A first aid kit is a home essential especially if you have children. I have a first aid box around the corner of my room and I always make sure that first aid materials are intact. Keeping it stock and making sure it's up to date is very crucial.
