Religious morality has guided civilizations for centuries, but atheists argue that ethics can exist without divine command. Are secular moral frameworks more rational and universal, or does religion provide deeper moral commitment? Can human societies develop meaning and moral structure without religious influence?

Sure.

I don't care what religion you are. Deep down, you know what is right and wrong, mostly by your upbringing. Church could play an influence in that. However, there could be some great atheist parents who make well-rounded children with a strong moral compass which could even be better people than their church-going peers who have to hide their actions to appear well-rounded.
