I took a few piano lessons when I was a kid, sadly I didn't follow up with it. Now I have pretty much forgotten what I learned. I was also keen on learning how to play the violin at one time, but gave up because of lack of competent teachers in my neighborhood.
What musical instruments do you play?

I like playing talking drums. In fact, I have 2 talking drums. If I'm overly excited and in a jolly mood, I'll take them out to play. I also like trying out new instruments as well. Talking drums transport me to a happy mood.

I tried to pick up the guitar, but it was too frustrating to learn. I didn't have an interest in any other instruments, so I stopped with the guitar after I nailed Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

But, I put my daughter through piano during elementary and into junior high as I know it's good to know an instrument to help in other areas. She can play pretty well, and I've been encouraging her to try and make up her own notes instead of just reading and playing someone else's works.

I love the piano. I was taught by a neighbour who used to play the piano for his church choir. Unfortunately, there was no other person around to help me perfect my skills when he left my neighborhood.

I teach myself how to play drums using YouTube. I’m catching up real quick. I guess it's because it helps me relax and have fun too. I’ll recommend YouTube free tutorials for anyone struggling to perfect their skills.

I know how to play a few musical instruments. The ones I know how to play are paino, guitar, flute and trumpet.

I want to learn how to play drums but can't at the moment.

I used to play drums for a local pub and then tried my hand at violin.

After my you-know-what had been thoroughly kicked by the string instrument, I decided enough was enough and moved on to other things.

I don't play any kind of musical instruments, however, when I was in my teens I tried learning how to play guitar but due to lack of practice, I could not master the skills

If you still in interest in learning how to play guitar, you can be able to do it. It's not as difficult as playing violin can be.

Same here. I took piano lessons as a child, but I was unable to practice what I learned because I got busy with school. If given the chance, I would love to learn how to play the drums.
This is quite interesting. I also have a musical background but life can be so hectic at times, and that is why i did not continue practicing. I’m thinking about getting back into music soon.
