I'm feeling very nostalgic today. I remember when most of the movies were around 90 minutes long. In those movies, there are no unnecessary subplots or plots. It was just pure all the way. We witnessed unadulterated storytelling. Modern movies have lost it because we don't feel the magic any more. For instance, The Avengers movies are over 2.5 hours long. That's way too long for a movie.
