I love to keep a variety of exercises for my fitness program. I exercise regularly. Sometimes I will take a break on Sunday or just go for a morning stroll to enjoy, it's more to freshen up and relax than to exercise. I keep a variety on my exercise regime...cycling outdoors, walking, jogging, playing badminton, yoga, weight training, gym, meditation, aerobics, zumba...I keep a variety so that it does not get monotonous. I also look forward to having fun and refreshment along with physical exercising.
How about you? Do you keep a variety on your exercise regime program?

I train for both size and strength, so I keep a pretty basic routine of the same things until I hit a plateau, wherein I'll switch it up to try and break that plateau, and then revert to the same style.

I've done PPL (Push [chest], Pull [back], Legs [legs, but also core]), a Bro-split (Something like Monday: chest, Tuesday: back, Wednesday: legs, Thursday: shoulders, Friday: arms.), and various other workout templates.

A bro-split works great for me when going for size, but I break strength plateaus to gain even more size by switching to a PPL routine for a while before going back to a bro-split.

Even more, it's great that you enjoy fitness and keep it to it, whether it be one thing or another, to stay active.

It's good for both the mind and body.

@Harsh World . It's great to know your routine and it is pretty impressive. You sound to be very technical and knowledgeable.
I am a fitness freak. I have insulin dependent diabetes from a very young age. That has made me very disciplined. Also, I have been very active and athletic from a very young age. I enjoy outdoor activities and something that will make me sweat. I enjoy exercise and my day is incomplete without it.
