When it comes to eating breakfast, I usually have a routine that I hardly change. Most of the time, it's tea, bread , fried eggs and fried plantains I have in the morning. When I don't want to have that, I'll fry Irish potatoes, make tomatos and egg sauce to have it with.

What's your breakfast routine like?
 
Somewhat.

Through the week, I eat cereal with real fruit in it. Just one bowl and not a large bowl. I do a lot of sitting at work so I don't burn as much calories as I do on the weekends. Therefore, eating a huge breakfast isn't always a good thing but I do make sure I eat something.

On the weekends, we eat more (eggs, sausage, etc.) because we do a lot of hiking and biking most of the day on the weekends so we'll burn those calories off but we also need them as fuel for our physical activities.
