Going to the gym centre most of the time by those looking to keep has been talked more by a lot of people. Do you focus fully on yoga 🧘‍♂️ as a means of training the mind and body, or do you go to the gym 🏋️🏋️‍♀️ 💪?
 
I am not a yoga person. I once did yoga for almost four dedicated months and ended up gaining weight tremendously. Of course, this was because I was getting too hungry post the yoga sessions and I used to end up overeating. However, this somehow discouraged me to practice yoga altogether. I prefer gym, as I can do both the cardio plus resistance exercises. As for relaxing my mind, I think sleep helps me rejuvenate enough:LOL:
 
I don't like yoga, so I'll prefer the gym. The problem is that even the gym is not that regular for me, because of other engagements.
In any case, yoga is probably the last thing I'll consider.

There are a lot of people who like yoga, but I am really keen to understand the reason you have such a dislike for yoga. Is there a reason for such?
